3-1 Job Class
Rune Knights practice a new type of magic derived from "Rune Stones." Although magic from these Stones can be cast very quickly and does not consume SP, Rune Knights can only carry so many at a time. With the right materials, Rune Knights can create the different kinds of Rune Stones required to cast their new magic.
The road to becoming a Rune Knight is a long and arduous one. Start by finding the Splendid-looking Knight in the Prontera Pub and you will be directed to the Rune Knight's secret gathering area where you will be tested on more than your fighting ability. You must be a Knight or Lord Knight at Base Level 99 and Job Level 50 in order to embark on the quest to become a Rune Knight.

There is a Splendid-looking Knight in the Prontera pub telling those who walk the path of the sword about a new class of warrior.

He sends you to Glast Heim where you will encounter a new class of Swordman not seen previously on Rune Midgard.
03 l
Find the Rune Knight Staff at the Glast Heim Chivalry and he will direct you to their hidden gathering area.
04 l
The Rune Knight Captain will lead you through your tests to become a Rune Knight. The tests are lengthy and difficult and only true honorable Knights can qualify.
