Replacing the costume tab in your equipment slot is the new Special Equipment tab. In addition to costumes, you will be able to wear new Shadow Items!

Available through event monster drops or the Kafra Shop, the Shadow Items are ethereal magic items that are worn over your existing gear that give bonuses to your abilities in combat!
